Preparation
1. First we will make the pizza dough and for this we will take all the ingredients and mix them very well in a mold so as not to make the kitchen very dirty.
2. If we see that the dough is a little dry we can add a little more oil. We make a ball and let it rest for half an hour.
3. While the dough is resting, carefully chop the onion and fry it very slowly in a little oil. When it is browned, add the very small chopped tomato, sugar and salt. Let everything cook together very slowly for about 20 minutes.
4. Now we stretch the dough with the help of a rolling pin.
5. Now we cut it in the way we like the most, squares, triangles... and we put it in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 ºC.
6. We can cut the tuna in the same way as the pizza to make it more fun. Once cut we pass it through a pan with a little oil and salt.
7. To finish we put a spoonful of tomato on top of each mini pizza, then a piece of cheese and finally the tuna and our pizza is ready.
